Agreement
By using Star Air Alliance (“we”, “us”) — including this website, email correspondence, and our telephone booking service — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply in addition to, not instead of, the fare rules and conditions of carriage published by airlines and other travel suppliers. Where there is a conflict on a specific journey, the supplier’s ticketed conditions usually prevail for operational matters (e.g. delays, baggage), while these terms govern our agency relationship with you.
Our role
We act as an agent arranging flights and related travel services issued by carriers, consolidators, and other suppliers. Your primary contract for carriage is with the airline (or rail/ferry operator where applicable), not with us alone. Fare rules, baggage allowances, schedules, delay handling, and change fees are set by those suppliers and may change until ticketing is complete.
Information we rely on
Schedules, aircraft types, and terminal information displayed through search tools come from third-party systems. We do not guarantee that every detail (for example codeshare operating carrier or equipment) will match the live airline record at the moment of ticket issue — we will highlight discrepancies when we become aware of them.
Prices & availability
Fares and seat availability are dynamic. A price shown on this site or quoted verbally is not guaranteed until your booking is ticketed and paid in full at the agreed amount. Taxes, fuel surcharges, and currency exchange rates may move between search and payment.
Mist fares & obvious errors
Where a fare is clearly mistaken (for example missing a major tax component or an impossible round-the-world price), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation before ticketing and offer you the correct price or a full refund of any amount collected.
Payments
We accept payment methods as advised at the time of booking. You authorize us to charge the agreed total for tickets, taxes, and any disclosed service fees. Cardholder details must match the person making payment where required by fraud-prevention rules.
Chargebacks
Raising a card chargeback without first contacting us can delay investigations and may breach the contract you entered at payment. Please call or email so we can trace the booking and resolve duplicate charges, voids, or refund timing disputes.
Your details & travel documents
Passenger names must match travel documents exactly, including middle names and hyphens where they appear on the passport. You are responsible for passports, national ID, visas, transit visas, return/onward tickets required by immigration, and health declarations or vaccinations where applicable.
We are not liable for denied boarding, missed connections, or deportation costs arising from incorrect information you supply, expired documents, or missing visas. Children and infants must meet each airline’s age and accompaniment policies.
Cancellations & changes
Airline fare rules govern refunds, changes, no-shows, and voluntary cancellations. Where we facilitate a change or refund, airline penalties, fare differences, tax adjustments, and our reasonable administration fee (if disclosed at booking) may apply.

Conduct & acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to interfere with search tools, scrape data at abusive volumes, or submit false or fraudulent booking information. We may suspend access where we detect behaviour that risks supplier relationships or system stability.
Intellectual property
Branding, layout, copy, and original graphics on this site belong to Star Air Alliance or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or frame our content for commercial use without written permission.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic restrictions, industrial action, government bans, or supplier insolvency — except where statute says otherwise.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed business opportunities, or consequential damages arising from flight delays, cancellations, or supplier failures. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot legally be capped.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, email info@starairalliance.co.uk with your booking reference and a clear description. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to resolve them in line with applicable regulatory guidance for UK travel agents where relevant.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also have mandatory protections in their home country that cannot be waived.
