Simple path

How booking works

Four loud, clear steps from search to take-off — with detail so you know what to expect at each stage.

01

Search

Enter specific airports (e.g. LHR, not LON), dates, passengers, and cabin class. Our engine queries live availability so you’re not looking at stale “from” prices that vanished last week.

  • Start typing a city or airport name; choose a row from the dropdown so the correct three-letter code is saved.
  • Children and infants use airline age rules — infants typically under 2 on the day of travel.
  • Round-trip needs a return date on or after departure; one-way hides the return field.
02

Compare

Use filters for price, stops, and airlines. Expand flight details for every segment, layover length, and aircraft type where the data is returned.

  • Sort by price, duration, or departure time to match what matters most for this trip.
  • Check total journey time — sometimes one extra stop saves hundreds; sometimes it’s worth avoiding.
  • Baggage hints on cards are indicative; we confirm allowance with the airline before you pay.
03

Call to book

Fares move quickly. When you’re ready, call 02081783806 with the option you like — we’ll confirm the live price, explain fare rules, and take payment securely.

  • Have passenger names ready exactly as on passports (including middle names if they appear on the document).
  • Mention any dietary, wheelchair, or seating needs — we note them for the airline where possible.
  • We’ll recap taxes, fare rules, and our service fees verbally and on your receipt.
04

Travel

We issue your e-ticket and send it by email. You’ll check in directly with the airline using their reference or your ticket number.

  • Online check-in windows vary — usually 24–48 hours before departure depending on carrier.
  • Arrive at the airport with the passports and visas you used at booking.
  • For changes or cancellations after ticketing, start with us — we’ll interpret airline rules and quote any penalties.

Documents & details

Before you call to pay, gather:

  • Passport(s) valid for the whole trip (many countries want six months’ validity after return).
  • Visa or ETA references where your destination requires them in advance.
  • Contact mobile and email that you actually read — airlines send schedule changes digitally.
  • Frequent-flyer numbers if you want miles credited (subject to fare class rules).

After ticketing

Your e-ticket is a contract under airline rules — not our invented policy. If you need to move dates, miss a flight, or spell a name wrong, fees depend on that contract.

We’re your first stop for service on bookings we issued: we interpret the rules, queue changes with the airline, and chase eligible refunds. For covered delays and EU261-style claims, the operating carrier remains the legal decision-maker.

How customers describe the process

"Simple. I searched on the site, called them, and had my ticket within an hour. No confusion about add-ons or hidden fees."

Emma H. — Edinburgh

"The team explained every step and why they recommended one flight over another. Felt confident in my choice."

Raj S. — London

"After using other sites, this is the first time a person proactively told me about a baggage restriction before I paid."

Anna B. — Dublin

Booking questions

Why our booking process is different

Verification before payment

We ask your middle name, passport number format, and visa status not to pry, but to catch errors before the airline sees them. Mistakes at this stage cost time and money.

Explanation of rules

We tell you upfront what happens if you miss the flight, need to change dates, or if the airline changes the schedule. No nasty surprises in the fine print.

Secure payment

We handle payment securely with fraud checks built in. Cardholder name must match for your protection.

One team, start to finish

The person who booked your flight is the same person who'll help with schedule changes or refund questions later. Consistency matters.
